Majalisar Dokokin Ghana ta kada kuri'ar soke hukuncin kisa, wanda ya sa kasar ta kasance ta baya-bayan nan cikin jerin kasashen Afirka da dama da suka yi yunkurin soke hukuncin kisa a shekarun baya-bayan nan.
