Kotun daukaka kara da ke Abuja, ta soke nasarar da ‘yan majalisar dokokin jihar Filato 11 suka samu a zaben da aka yi a bana.
Dukkan mambobin da aka soke zaben nasu ‘yan jam’iyyar PDP ne kuma hukuncin na zuwa ne yayin da ake ta ce-ce-ku-ce a wasu sassan Najeriya kan yadda kotunan daukaka karar ke soke zabukan wasu gwamnoni, wadanda galibi na jam'iyyar adawa ne.
A wani zama da suka yi a ranar Juma’a, dukka alkalan kotun daukaka karar karkashin jagorancin Justice Okon Abang, sun ce daukacin ‘yan majalisar da aka soke zaben nasu jam’iyyarsu ba ta cikakken ginshikai na shugabanci.
A cewar kotun, jam’iyyar PDP ta saba doka ta 177 ta kundin tsarin mulkin 1999, wanda hakan ke nuna ba su yi takara karkashin cikakkiyar jam’iyya ba.
Hakan kuma ya sa kotun ta ayyana dukkan wadanda suka zo na biyu a zaben ‘yan majalisar dokokin a matsayin wadanda suka lashe zaben.
Yanzu hakan na nufin jam’iyyar APC ce ke da rinjaye a majalisar dokokin ta jihar Filato maimakon PDP.
Mambobin da kotun ta soke zaben nasu sun hada da: Timothy Dantong (Riyom), Rimyat Nanbol,- (Langtang ta tsakiyar arewaci), Moses Sule (Mikang), Salome Waklek,-Pankshin, Bala Fwangji (Mangu ta Kudu, Maren Ishaku (Bokkos), Dagogot (Quaanpan ta Arewa) da kuma Nannim Langyi,-(Langtang arewa maso arewaci).
Sauran sun hada da Nimchak Rims (Langtang South) Danjuma Azi (Jos ta yamma da arewa) Gwottson Fom (Jos ta Kudu) da Abubakar Sani Idris (Mangu ta Arewa.)
A farkon makon nan wata kotun daukaka kara a Abuja ta soke zaben gwamnan jihar Filato Caleb Mutfwang na jam'iyyar PDP ta bai wa Nantanwe Yilwatda na jam'iyyar APC nasara.
