Fiye da mutane biliyan daya ne ke rayuwa cikin matsanancin talauci a fadin duniya, a cewar rahoton da wani shirin raya kasa na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ya wallafa a yau Alhamis, inda kananan yara suka samar da fiye da rabin adadin wadanda al’amarin ya shafa.
Rahoton, wanda aka wallafa da hadin gwiwar shirin yaki da talauci da bunkasa cigaban bil adama na jami’ar Oxford (OPHI), ya bayyana cewa yawan talauci ya rubanya sau 3 a kasashen da ake yaki, kasancewar 2023 ce shekarar da ta fi ganin yake-yake tun bayan yakin duniya na 2.
Babban masanin kididdiga na shirin raya kasashe na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya (UNDP), Yanchun Zhang ya bayyana cewar, mutane biliyan 1.1 ne ke fama da nau’ukan talauci daban-daban a fadin duniya, kuma miliyan 455 daga cikinsu na rayuwa ne a wuraren da ake yaki.”
“Ga mutanen dake rayuwa a kasashen da ake yaki, fafutukar neman muhimman bukatun rayuwa tafi tsanani,” kamar yadda zhang ya shaidawa kamfanin dillancin labarai na AFP.
Tun cikin shekarar 2010 UNDP da OPHI ke wallafa alkaluman nau’ukan talauci daban-daban a duk shekara, inda suke tattaro bayanai daga kasashen 112 wanda jumlar yawan al’ummominsu zai kai mutum biliyan 6.3.
Kididdigar na la’akari da alamomi irinsu rashin gidajen zaman da suka dace da lantarki da makamashin girki da abinci mai gina jiki da kuma halartar makaranta.
Rahoton na yau Alhamis ya bayyana cewa akwai mutane miliyan 584 ‘yan kasa da shekaru 18 dake rayuwa cikin matsanancin talauci, da suka samar da kaso 27.9 cikin 100 na yara a fadin duniya, idan aka kwatanta da kaso 13.5 na adadin manya.
