A hirar shi da Muryar Amurka, Ahaji Shu’aibu Madawakin Tudun Fulani da ke da kamfanin manyan motoci masu safarar kai kayayyakin abinci daga Arewacin Najeriya zuwa Kudu, ya ce yanzu Bayelsa babu hanyar shiga kwata-kwata. Bisa ga cewarshi, tun farko ana samun matsaloli na rashin hanya na biyu kuma ga shi wannan ambaliyar ruwa ta zo ta sake tabarbare abubuwa.
Alkalumma a yanzu sun nuna cewa akalla mutane miliyan daya ne suka rasa muhallansu a kananan hukumomi 7 na jihar ta Bayelsa.
A hirarsa da Muryar Amurka, Kwamishinan Yada Labarai na jihar Bayelsa, Honarabul Ayigba Duba, ya ce "gaskiya abinda ya faru na bala’in ambaliyar ruwa wani tashin hankali ne gare mu a jihar Bayelsa. Kuma daga cikin kananan hukumomi 8 da muke da su a jihar, 7 daga cikinsu suna cikin tashin hankali na ambaliyar ruwa."
Wannan ya sa mun rufe makarantu da kuma ma’aikatun gwamnati domin ganin cewa bala’in ambaliyar ruwan ya ta’azzara kuma ya zarce wanda ya faru a shekarar 2013.
Hukumar Red Cross na aikin jinkai a wasu garuruwan al'umomin kusan talatin na shiyar karamar hukumar Abua-Adua a jihar Ribas, jama'a sun amakale a wurare daban-daban, ba gaba ba baya kan tsanantar ambaliyar ruwan kuma abin da suke bukata shine a kwashesu daga inda suke a yanzu zuwa wani wuri.
A bayaninsa, Barivulu Affor wani dan jihar ya ce "mun dauka cewa gwamnati zata dau mataki tun a can baya da hukumar kula da yanayin saukar ruwan sama suka sanar da yuyuwar ambaliyar ruwa saboda haka yanzu muna cikin tashin hankalin da ba mu taba gani ba."
A nasa bayanin, Godwin Tepikor shugaban Hukumar Bada Agajin Gaggawa ta kasa a Najeriya, NEMA, shiyar yankin Neja Dalta, ya ce dama "tun ba yanzu ba mun gudanar da taron fadakarwa ga matasa da sarakuna kan cewa hukumar kula da yanayin saukar ruwan sama ta sanar da cewa, akwai yiwuar samun mummunar ambaliya ruwa, saboda haka mun bada agaji gaggawa a rukunoni daban-daban na garuruwa a jihohin Bayelsa da Ribas, sama da miliyan daya kuma akwai bukatar kayan abinci kuma babu abinci a yanzu."
