ABUJA, NIGERIA - Rana ce da take bada dama ga dukkan masu ruwa da tsaki daki aiki kan abubuwan da suka shafi kwakwalwa da lafiyar ta don tattaunawa kan hanyoyin da za su kawo cigaba don tabbatar da samun ingantacciyar lafiyar kwakwalwa a fadin duniya.
Taken ranar na wannan shekarar shi ne Hakkin kowane mutum ne ya samu kula ta lafiyar kwakwalwa wato “Mental Health is a universal Human Right.”
A hira da Muryar Amurka, kwararre a fannin kwakwalwa Farfesa Rabi’u Abdulsalam Magaji ya ce wannan rana ce mai matukar muhimmanci saboda rana ce da take fahimtar da mutane kan kula da lafiyar kwakwalwa da kuma ganar da su kan abubuwan da suke iya haddasa rashin lafiya ko tabarbarewar kwakwalwa.
Farfesa Rabi’u Abdulsalam Magaji ya kara da cewa mutum na iya fahimtar yana da lafiyar kwakwalwa ne idan yana gudanar da mu’amalar sa da mutane yadda ya dace wajen zaman lafiya da jama’a, rashin samun gurbacewar tunani da kuma yin wasu ababe da kan kautar da mutum daga zama mutum, sabanin hakan kuma mutum ya sauka daga kan hanyar lafiyar kwakwalwa.
Farfesa Rabi’u ya ci gaba da cewa hanyoyin da ya kamata abi don rage yawan m,asu fama da rashin lafiyar kwakwalwa a Najeriya sun hada da wayar da kan jama’a musamman a irin wannan rana tare da sanar dasu yadda kwakwalwar ke aiki, jan hankali kan tu’ammuli da miyagun kwayoyi, kula da muhalli , da kuma sanya tsaro da dokoki da zasu hana safarar miyagun kwayoyi cikin kasa.
Daga karshe Farfesan ya bada shawara ga mutane don neman masaniya wajen kwararru kan sanin abubuwan da zasu iya gurbata musu lafiyar kwakwalwa.
