IMO, NIGERIA - A ranar Alhamis ne kotun daukaka kara ta tarayya da ke birnin Abuja, ta wanke Nnamdi Kanu daga shari’ar kamo shi daga kasar Kenya da gwamnatin Najeriya ta yi.
To sai dai duk da karin hasken da gwamnatin Najeriya ta yi, da cewa an wanke Kanu daga shari’ar kamo shi da aka yi, amma kotu ba ta wanke shi daga tuhumar tserewa bayan bada belinsa ba.
Barista Aloy Ejimakor, lauya na musamman dake kare Nnamdi Kanu, ya soki wannan matsayin, da cewa “Matsayin ministan shari’a Abubakar Malami kwata-kwata ba daidai ba ne kan hukuncin da kotun daukaka kara ta yanke game da Nnamdi Kanu. Kuma ba wani sabon zargin da zai iya kalubalantar Nnamdi Kanu saboda kamo shi daga Kenya da aka yi ba bisa ka’ida ba, wani musabbabi ne da ya kirkiro wani tarnaki na dindindin ga gurfanar da shi a gaban kuliya. Saboda haka, hukuncin da kotun ta yanke yanzu ya haifar da wani yanayi na shari’a da zai matukar wuya a kawar da shi.”
A cewar Mista Israel Igboko, “Ya kamata kowane dan Najeriya ya yi tinkaho da farin ciki da hukuncin da kotu ta yanke, saboda kotun daukaka kara ta fassara kundin tsarin doka daidai, kuma ta mutunta shi. Saboda haka, muna sa ran cewa hukumomi za su yi aiki da hukuncin da kotu ta yanke, kuma su sake shi.”
Shi kuwa Mista Oneh Gregory, cewa ya yi hukuncin da kotun ta yanke bai zo masa da mamaki ba, saboda lokaci ya yi da tsarin shari’ zai fito sarai wajen tantance gaskiya a irin wadannan batutuwa.
An taso keyar Nnamdi Kanu daga kasar Kenya ne a watan Yulin bara, bayan ya gudu daga Najeriya a lokacin da yake karkashin beli a shekarar 2017. Kuma tun wannan lokacin ne yake ta bayyana a kotu da har ya kai ga wannan wanke shi da kotun daukaka kara ta yi.
